Introduction of the Declaration

The portal undertakes to ensure the availability of its websites in accordance with the Act of April 4, 2019 on digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public entities.

Moving around without using a mouse. The website can only be operated using the keyboard. The pages are based on the header structure, which allows you to quickly move around the page. The elements of the website and functionalities are built in accordance with the standards and are accessible using the keyboard. People who don't use the mouse can navigate the pages without any problems.

General rules for using keyboard shortcuts:

• TAB button selects the next item
• using TAB + SHIFT simultaneously selects the previous item
• ENTER button takes us to linked content
• in some cases you can use arrows to select previous / next item

Alternative descriptions of graphics and photos

Alternative descriptions have been added to graphics and photographs presenting relevant information. Also, the buttons and form fields are properly labeled.

Web browsers use keyboard shortcuts or appropriate settings to enlarge pages. This is especially helpful for people with visual impairments.

Comprehensibility and readability of the content

We try to make our content understandable, and the way it is presented improves the readability of the materials and helps in the reception of information. We divide long texts into paragraphs, we use highlighting. Quotes and important information are highlighted accordingly.
